AcroYoga is about playing, trusting and communicating: all of it while doing acrobatics. It's about getting out of your comfort zone and enjoying new experiences. And flying!!
Some details:
You don't need previous experience in acrobatics or yoga. We will take it step by step.
If you have previous experience, we will take you further! There's space for everyone to play.
The workshop includes a tea break with vegan snacks and free hugs (with consent).
You can come alone or with friends or partners. You'll get to play and practice with everybody!
